I'm sorry that some parts of this are unflattering. (But that's the position I put myself in when I wrote this.) If people think I am not being objective, then my work has no value. If anyone listens to the audio, they might hear several of my own personal remarks, too (I decided it would be best not to cut ANYTHING out).
That being said, I think we trust that you have our best interests at heart, even if you interrupt people sometimes. (Who doesn't?) And, it's easy to understand someone who always speaks his mind, which is a definite plus -- no guesswork, no games!
